The Challenge
South Vancouver Physiotherapy Clinic engaged our services as they were looking to rebrand and grow their practice through online marketing.
Their old website was dated, not mobile-friendly, thin on content and did not offer the user experience you would expect from a trusted rehabilitation service provider in a highly crowded and competitive market.
Furthermore, they were not competitive in the online space for commercially valuable search terms throughout the patient research and decision-making stages in the Vancouver market.

The Strategy
The first step involved extensive customer research to inform the branding and new website launch.
A content marketing plan was developed to increase patient trust and site engagement, to position the client as a valued patient resource and authority in this niche, and to dominate organic search results for commercially valuable search terms.
SSL was integrated to improve trust and protect customer data. Schema markup of patient reviews was implemented to emphasis the high quality of clinic care, and to improve search results and click through rates.
Call-tracking was set up to measure call-attribution and to ensure all campaigns were being tracked down to the granular level.
