The Challenge
CCI engaged our services as they were looking to grow their treatment program through online marketing. They had a great reputation as a treatment center in the medical community but were frustrated by the fact that they were not getting direct patient inquiries.
Their old website was dated, not mobile-friendly, thin on content and did not offer the user experience you would expect from a trusted recovery treatment service provider in a highly crowded and competitive market. Furthermore, they were not competitive in the online space for commercially valuable search terms throughout the patient research and decision-making stages.

The Strategy
The first step involved extensive customer research to inform the branding and new website launch.
A content marketing plan was developed to increase patient trust and site engagement, to position the client as a valued patient resource and authority in this niche, and to dominate organic search results for commercially valuable search terms.
Site architecture was overhauled and organic search goals were coordinated with PPC campaigns to maximize click through rates. A number of sales funnels were implemented to support Google ads campaign objectives. Call-tracking was implemented to ensure that the entire sales funnel was functioning for maximum results.
The Results
This major refresh of the CCI site simplified the user experience while showcasing brand essence and expertise, ultimately leading to increased conversions.
By overhauling and rebuilding their PPC strategy, our team enabled CCI to effectively move patients—both new and old—from awareness to consideration. Providing increased granularity and control in the account and campaign structure significantly expanded non-branded service coverage.
