The Challenge
Fotografenshop.com is an online marketplace for professional photo design templates, video workshops, and business processes for working photographers. They market their products throughout the European Union.
Authentic Marketing Solutions was engaged to launch and brand their new e-commerce website, and to create a private membership section for courses at their site. The e-commerce site needed to be customized to meet the requirements of the European market.
A series of paid search landing pages was created and optimized for conversions.
Goals & Objectives:
- A fully automated e-commerce site for virtual products.
- Integration of a membership site within the e-commerce platform for stand-alone streaming video-based courses.
- Significantly increase sales with landing pages.
The Strategy
We worked with the fotographenshop team to create a simplified yet compelling user experience, that emphasized their brand identity. A private membership section was fully integrated into the site design. Automation was the key here, from the purchase to invoice, and to the course access within the private membership section, and the delivery of digital products.
We tested landing pages to identify any unnecessary or distracting content that was potentially impacting the user’s experience.
Authentic Marketing Solutions then developed a strategy that focused first on top-of-funnel content improvements, and then driving audiences through the decision-making journey with content that served to inform, answer, and educate, depending on where a customer is in the funnel.
The Results
Throughout the site build and testing stage, we identified opportunities to improve the user experience, and then tested those options for best results. This e-commerce photography company exceeded their goals, and now have an optimized automated membership site set for continued success.
